4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the zcc77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, and you must keep your Account details updated at all times. Any discrepancy between your registered details and the identity documents provided during KYC may result in Account suspension pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. zcc77 will never request your password via any communication channel. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

zcc77 reserves the right to request identity, age, and source-of-funds verification at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on zcc77 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zcc77 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional methods may be added or removed at zcc77's discretion. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR wallet balance within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within two (2) business hours, subject to the respective bank's internal processing schedules. zcc77 charges no platform-side deposit fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside zcc77's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by zcc77 within the same business hour under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. zcc77 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk assessment thresholds, which may result in processing delays. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account withdrawal interface.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a standard anti-money-laundering measure, withdrawals will ordinarily be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, zcc77's compliance team will contact the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.

5.5 Player Funds Segregation

zcc77 holds all Player balances in accounts that are fully segregated from the Platform's operational and corporate funds. This ensures that Player PKR balances remain available for withdrawal irrespective of the Platform's operational financial position.

zcc77 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. zcc77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated period will expire and be forfeited automatically.

The following general wagering rules apply to all games and markets available on the zcc77 platform:

7.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on zcc77 — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test series, and T20 internationals — are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the betting interface at the time of wager placement. In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or cancellation, applicable rules will follow industry-standard cricket betting settlement practices. zcc77's trading team decisions on settlement are final.

7.2 Casino Games

All live dealer and electronic casino games on zcc77 are operated by certified third-party game providers whose software is independently audited for RNG (Random Number Generator) compliance. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for each game are available within the game's information panel. Nothing in these Terms limits zcc77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. zcc77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
